			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Several years back I wanted to test my willpower and psychologically condition myself in an unusual yet potentially dangerous way. I filled the bathtub with hot water (cool enough to the touch yet uncomfortable at the some time) and I submerged myself up to my neck. I committed myself at that moment that I would not move until the water cooled down substantially and the discomfort subsided. </p>
<p>It was an absolutely arduous and extremely uncomfortable experience that I did manage to get through in the end. It was risky and potentially stupid. However, today whenever I need strength to get through circumstances in my life, I turn my attention to those incredibly uncomfortable moments within that bathtub and I find the resilience to pull through.</p>]]></content:encoded>
