This is a place where you will receive short bursts of information comprising of Life Coaching tips, strategies, techniques, exercises and links that will keep you on track towards the attainment of your goals and objectives.

iCoach will also be a place where I will provide my thoughts and insights about life, living and anything else that is worth exploring.

iCoach will officially launch in February / March 2010 with regular daily updates. However, in the meantime I will endeavor to get the ball rolling with a few thoughts and insights that I have shared on Facebook over the past few months.
