			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>When I initially started jogging it was difficult at times to motivate myself to exercise consistently throughout the week. However, I found that when I turned my jogging into a Psychological Race against the clock and against invisible Olympic Marathon Runners, that it made things a lot more interesting and fun <img src='http://icoach.mastermindmatrix.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt="icon smile Finding Your Motivation for Exercise" class='wp-smiley' title="Finding Your Motivation for Exercise" /> </p>
<p>As I jogged, there was a Sports Commentator sitting in my head providing his/her opinion about my performance, speed, level of fitness and mental toughness. And surprisingly this Sports Commentator was my biggest fan, and always managed to get me over the line in 1st place right at the end of the race <img src='http://icoach.mastermindmatrix.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt="icon smile Finding Your Motivation for Exercise" class='wp-smiley' title="Finding Your Motivation for Exercise" /> </p>]]></content:encoded>

		<title>Spark Your Motivation by Playing Games</title>

However, when I don&#8217;t, I struggle to get out of bed <img src='http://icoach.mastermindmatrix.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_sad.gif' alt="icon sad Spark Your Motivation by Playing Games" class='wp-smiley' title="Spark Your Motivation by Playing Games" /> </p>
<p>I have found that one of the best ways to spark my motivation is to turn everything I do into a GAME. I ask myself:</p>
<p>&#8220;How can I make this fun and emotionally stimulating?&#8221; </p>
<p>Then I will sit for 5 to 10 minutes brainstorming all the ways I can think of that will add some spice and excitement to my tasks. I will literally consider any and every idea no matter how silly, because the FUNny thing is that sometimes the silliest of ideas are the most fun and enable me to find the motivation I need to get a job done <img src='http://icoach.mastermindmatrix.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_biggrin.gif' alt="icon biggrin Spark Your Motivation by Playing Games" class='wp-smiley' title="Spark Your Motivation by Playing Games" /> </p>]]></content:encoded>
