Finding Your Motivation for Exercise
When I initially started jogging it was difficult at times to motivate myself to exercise consistently throughout the week. However, I found that when I turned my jogging into a Psychological Race against the clock and against invisible Olympic Marathon Runners, that it made things a lot more interesting and fun
As I jogged, there was a Sports Commentator sitting in my head providing his/her opinion about my performance, speed, level of fitness and mental toughness. And surprisingly this Sports Commentator was my biggest fan, and always managed to get me over the line in 1st place right at the end of the race
