<p>Do I feel Uncomfortable or Excited when the lead characters go through troubled times and setbacks? Am I disheartened by their plight? Or am I strengthened and excited by the journey that lies ahead?&#8221; </p>

<p>If while playing sports or games we are hesitant, afraid of making mistakes, complain all the time, don&#8217;t want to take risks, or just play it safe, than this is simply a reflection of how we live our lives on a daily basis. </p>
<p>This is of course not true in all cases &#8211; familiarity after all breeds confidence and self-belief.</p>]]></content:encoded>
