    Finding Your Motivation for Exercise

When I initially started jogging it was difficult at times to motivate myself to exercise consistently throughout the week. However, I found that when I turned my jogging into a Psychological Race against the clock and against invisible Olympic Marathon Runners, that it made things a lot more interesting and fun icon smile Finding Your Motivation for Exercise

As I jogged, there was a Sports Commentator sitting in my head providing his/her opinion about my performance, speed, level of fitness and mental toughness. And surprisingly this Sports Commentator was my biggest fan, and always managed to get me over the line in 1st place right at the end of the race icon smile Finding Your Motivation for Exercise

A Smile Can Unlock a World of Opportunity

I jog regularly during the week. The jog takes me 30 to 35 minutes, and over that time on a typical day I pass at least 20 to 30 people. Now, normally I would just jog by without acknowledging them. However, one day I decided that I would simply smile at everyone. Not only did most people acknowledge me in return with a smile, but more importantly they actually ended up consciously noticing my presence for the very first time. In fact, the next time I saw them, they would usually initiate eye-contact, a smile and even strike up a conversation.

Such a simple thing, yet what an impact it had on those around me. And who knows what kind of opportunities it has unearthed icon smile A Smile Can Unlock a World of Opportunity
